It is free to all Missouri residents, and includes many tools for librarians, teachers, and parents looking for ways to promote high quality books to children. Resources include author and illustrator interviews, book trailers and readings, lesson plans and library programming ideas, book promotion tools, and much more.

e-Permit Test offers practice permit tests that are interactive. All of the practice tests are specific to Missouri, they are supplemented with study aids, and give detailed explanations whenever a student makes a mistake. They offer a real DMV test simulator that is provided in the same format as the written exam.
