These specific items are available for patrons who have had an active account for at least 45 days, and have made 5 successful check-ins and check-outs without issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>HOTSPOT LENDING PROGRAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Carrollton Public Library is pleased to <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">lend free Franklin\u00a0<em>Mobile WiFi Hotspot Kits\u00a0<\/em>(hotspots) to patrons to expand their Internet access and use of<\/span> the library\u2019s many digital resources. A mobile WiFi Hotspot is a small device you can use to connect a wireless-enabled device, such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, to the Internet.
